Return & Exchange Policy

We always try our best to meet our customers’ needs. Sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. When shopping at our online store, you can always change your mind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please learn about our return and exchange policy for help or contact us and we will assist you to finish the return or replacement immediately.

And we will provide the cost of return and exchange.If the return and exchange policy is followed, the customer does not have to bear any costs.

1.Return Policy

In 14 days (from the day the package is signed for /received), if you request returning the purchased item, it can be returned and refunded under the following conditions. The products must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed, and merchandise must have all tags, including any labels and hangtags. Please be noted that after 14 days we may not issue a refund, but exchange may be acceptable. Please note that refund does not apply to the goods that have suffered physical damage caused by the Custom. If it is the case, exchange will be advisable.

If you wish to return an item, please feel free to contact customer service. Once you submitted your request, we will process it for you as soon as possible. Full priced items can be returned back to us for online store credit. Please be noted that sale or discounted items, secret deals and packs couldn’t be returned.

Purchasing our products means you have accepted our terms & conditions. You have also accepted the possibility of a slight variation in color and size specifications. Colors may appear slightly individual monitor setting. 

2.Exchange Policy
In 14 days (from the day the merchandise is signed for /received), if you find the products you purchase are not satisfying, they can be replaced under the following conditions:
Exchange will be subject to price difference adjustment (if there is any).
Please be noted that if you want to replace the item after the guaranteed 14 days, you are suggested to contact us directly for further processing.

(Unconditional return and exchange products must assure that the goods are unworn, and won’t affect the secondary sales.)

Please kindly take note that the address on the parcel is not our return address. We have every right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back without contacting us. Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the loss arising from there. If the item has stain or it is broken, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package so that we can investigate the issue and help you solve the problem as soon as possible.
