1.How long will you receive the goods?
We offer shipping worldwide, it usually takes about 10-15 working days to deliver your order.

2. Is it safe to use my credit card at your website?
Yes! We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access. Your card information is totally safe here.

3. What about custom taxes and duties? Will I be invoiced any when ordering from you?
In most cases (But for the most part), you will not be invoiced any custom taxes or duties upon shipment delivery. Indeed, we have all orders packed in small carton boxes, with the mention "gift, no value for customs".

4. What if I can’t remember my password?
If you forget your password, please click the “Forgot your password?” on the Login in page and then follow the instructions on the next page to change your password. For security reason we are unable to send your password via email.

5. Can I have a watch delivered to a different address rather than the billing address?

Yes, when checking out please select which address you would like it delivered to. You will be then taken to merchant payment and you will have to reconfirm the delivery address. If you do not reconfirm the delivery address it will be sent to the address on merchant checkout. Please note that we can only ship to the same country as the billing address.

6. Will I get any confirmation that my new purchase has been successful?

If your payment is authorized, you will be presented with confirmation statement from PayPal and then returned to our final statement page where a summary of your order details and payment is available for you to view and print for your records. You will also receive an e-mail within a few minutes confirming your order.

7. Do you offer wholesale price?

8. What happens if the package is damaged or missing when I receive it?
Delivery is 100% guaranteed by our site. As such, in the event of failure of delivery, we will reship the product to you at no additional charge.

9. I want to change or cancel my order, can I do this?

Once your order has been shipped, it`s not currently possible for you to change or cancel it, but you can refer to the returns policy to return the item.

10. Sometimes your support response is delayed, why?
Our company is handling a very large volume of emails on our products, and we will try to reply all our emails within 24 hours during the weekdays. Please help yourself in finding the answers you want from our FAQ section. We have placed all the frequently asked questions here to fasten the process.

11. I am an international customer. Do you ship to my country?

Yes we ship worldwide.

12. Do the products look in reality as they look on picture?

Please note the use of images on our website are for illustrative purposes only, designed to give you the consumer an idea of how the products will look. For all intents and purposes we make every effort to display the products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the products. The products delivered to you may therefore vary slightly from the images you see on our website.
13. I received the wrong item, what can I do?

If the item you received is not the one you ordered, please contact our customer service. You will be able to obtain an exchange or refund. Please click here for our returns policy. Upon receipt and verification of the garment we will refund or exchange the item.

14.What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA MASTER as method of payment. We don’t accept PayPal.
